Meet the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month

Home Groups or cell groups meet in individual homes the first and third Sunday evening of each month. The purpose of these groups is to build relationships between members and friends of our congregation. We believe that in building closer bonds with each other we become more closely knit together. Being in a Home Group not only allows us to get to know each other in a more intimate way but also allows us to share burdens and concerns that we may not be willing to share with the entire church body. Meeting times ate from 6:00 pm until 7:30 pm.

We have a variety of meeting locations. Please call the church at 279-3040 for more information or inquire at the Information Table in the church foyer.

Home Groups are intended for ages high school graduates and above.

Children ages infant - 12 years of age are cared for at the church Fellowship Hall. You can begin dropping kids off at 5:30. Children must be signed in and signed out and be picked up no later than 8:00 pm.

A chapter of Alcoholics Victorious recognizing Jesus Christ as our Highest Power

If the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed!

This ministry offers Host Families to those college students who choose Complete In Christ Church as their home church while they are away from home and who desire a Host Family. Many of our students are from Central America and other countries while others are from right here in America yet away from home.

Our church bus picks students up in front of Stevens Dorm every Sunday morning at 10:00 Am and our church van picks students up in front of Pryor Dorm at 6:10 PM every Wednesday night.

As a group, we plan fun outings, activities, meals together, etc. In the past we have done things such as going to Branson, Mo. to shop, Silver Dollar City, canoe trip floating the Buffalo River and we always have an annual hayride.

As individual Host Families, we keep in touch with our student on a frequent basis. We want them to know that there is a family near them that loves and cares for them by providing a family atmosphere while they are away from home. We keep them informed of church activities and provide transportation for those without a car, if our bus or van isn't running for that particular activity. If they have a need, we do whatever we can to help. Students love goodies in their dorms and a trip to Wal-Mart is needed at times.

As a church, we want our students to feel God's love through us by encouraging them in the Lord and letting them know we are here to help in any way we can.

Searcy, Arkansas is the home of Harding University.

Welcome to Complete In Christ Children’s Ministry. Our primary goal is to encourage children to seek and know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. We strive to accomplish this through Sunday School classes and Children’s Church. The curriculum we use is published by “Group Publishing” out of Colorado.

Currently our Sunday School classes serve children who have just turned three years old through those who have completed the fifth grade. Our Children’s church includes children from 18 months of age through completion of the fifth grade.

Goals and Purpose

  1. To encourage our children to seek and know Jesus as Lord and Savior.
  2. To provide a biblical foundation.
  3. To teach the character of Jesus Christ and for our lives to model that character.
  4. To teach our children how to apply biblical truth, and for our lives to be an example of that truth.
  5. To teach our children that they are an important part of the life and growth of our church. God has brought each child, and we will accept, teach and encourage each child with the love of God.
  6. To encourage families, and to be a support to parents.
  7. To teach:
    • The bible as the inspired word of God.
    • The word of God as a written representation of the life of Jesus Christ.
    • Biblical facts, characters, customs and geography.
